Maygan has been my property manager for a log home I rent for the last 3 years. Due to the unique nature of the home and property, finding the right tenants and maintaining the property can be challenging. Maygan has proven time and again she is up to the task. Our home has not been vacant once in the past three years. She is very attentive to my concerns and those of my tenants, which makes for good relationships and long-term renters.
Megan was very helpful, she respond to all my questions in a timely manner. she kept me updated with emails and all others information regarding prospective tenants. Overall Megan did an outstanding job.
I live in California and needed someone to manage my property in Fl somehow I managed to pick Maygan to do so and I am very satisfied with her work.If there is a problem she gets back to me and takes care of whatever needs to be done. She is very dependable; she is a great person and great property manager. She is very informative and answers all my calls and e-mails as soon as possible. I have nothing but good things to say about Dennis Property Management. They found great tenants for my rental in Lutz, Florida. They are very accessible via telephone (no answering machines, robo-voices). Representatives from the company inspect the rental properties mid-lease. They make reasonable suggestions and take care of all paperwork in a timely and professional manner. I only wish I had started using them much earlier that I did. I would have saved myself a lot of headaches in managing my rentals!

Carl and Lori are experts at property management. It took less then 48 hours to have my house rented because the photos of the property were beautifully done. Also, I had some major damage done to my property and Carl and Lori have been with me and my new tenant every step of the way ensuring all of our needs were met. Very diligent & helpful! I had a billing issue and she worked with the accounting office to help get it resolved. Renewals are ready far in advance and well communicated. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed.

Wanda Burnside has been very effective in keeping our Zephyrhills, Florida properties rented and dealing with tenant issues. I have no problem recommending her. She is quick to located tenants and gets the homes filled quickly, which is more than I can say for other management companies. I also like how Dennis realty does their contracts. Some other property management companies want a monthly fee even if the house sits empty, I personally dislike the concept. I believe it is a commission, if you want the money then show the house and get a tenant in there, they make money when I make money. Dennis Realty is very good to work with

I called Wanda for help renting out a house I was cleaning up and painting to prepare for the next renter. Wanda told me I should be getting more rent than I was asking for based on other rentals in the area. She got me a renter for $100.00 more per month than I was asking for after screening several applicants, and I had to hire a handyman to help finish the painting and repairs because the renter wanted occupancy almost immediately. The tenant has not missed a payment and I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Wanda. I will definitely use her again and would recommend her to anyone.
